I don't have anything exciting to talk about.. again it is the same ole stuff..

I do love fall though... I love the smells, sounds, and colors- the leaves are so beautiful, and KyLee loves halloween decorations - she looks at every house and can't understand why some people haven't decorated yet... so then I tell her that some people don't celebrate halloween, and some people don't like it..... obviously she just can't believe it because we have that conversation daily so far... her favorite thing is to go and visit the "halloween house" it is just off from 1300 west and between 6200s and 7000ith - we used to be in their old ward and they go ALL OUT for halloween- it is cute , not scary.

This past weekend we went to the Sand dunes with Davey Kimmie and Ali bug- it was pretty rainy but we still enjoyed being away and playing!! it was KyLee's first time taking her bike on the dunes- and she did such a great job! we did have such a fun time- like we always do with the Lindsay's! thanks guys!!!

Another thing we have been doing a lot lately is going to the zoo... so here are some zoo pics- there are more to come and some from the sand dunes...... of course when i get a minute to down load!! ( yes work has been INSANE!)

To most people that number doesn't mean much.. but to me it was a life goal to run a marathon( not quite sure why.... especially with how sore I am..) On Saturday I ran the top of utah marathon- I have been training for months, but for the last 3 weeks I haven't been able to train as much because of an ankle injury- I don't think that I was as prepared as I should have been, but there was no way I wasn't going to try. It was hard and painful!! I am so blessed to have such support from family and friends- without them cheering me on I don't think I could have done it! ( thanks to Jeramey , Ky, Jen , Kimmie , Ali, Cathy, Shauna,Launi and Rachael) I can't thank Kelsey enough for running with me the last 12 miles... ( she has 2 stress fractures so her doctor didn't want her running it) I am so blessed to have Chris Scott ( our trainer) Kristine ( the other sucker that wanted to run a marathon along with me and Kelsey) and Cathyleen also a frequent marathon runner with Chris to support us- I am so blessed to have spent so much time with these incredible women.

I have learned so much about myself with this goal. I am a much better wife, mother, friend and relief society counselor because I take time for myself. I have learned that it is not being selfish to take the time, it is a necessity so that I can think and problem solve or even vent to the ladies I run with . My relationship with my Savior has become stronger because I talk to him almost every minute that I think I can't finish and he gives me the strength I need.

I feel a sense of accomplishment that I haven't felt since I brought our sweet KyLee into the world.

I am not a fast runner by any means, my goal was to fininsh in under 6 hrs and I did it in 5:41 and I couldn't be happier! Chris 4:30 Kristine 4:50 and Cathyleen 5... I am pretty sure !

Again I am grateful for such a wonderful support group my family and friends I really couldn't have done it without them- even thought some of them weren't at the race, I felt their love and support for me before and after ..... thanks again for giving me the wings to fly!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!! Thanks Jer for helping me believe that I could do it , and watching Ky during our long runs and being so proud of me and always pushing me to be better.

KyLee's first day of preschool

KyLee started pre-school again this year, she has a new teacher Mrs. Shepard- Misty took her to school, and took all these cute pictures since I couldn't be there ! thanks so much Sis! she was a little scared at first because she didn't really know her teacher or who was in her class- last year she was lucky to have my friend Rachael as her teacher and her daugher Ayrista in her class - thanks for the foundations you laid for KyLee, Rach! Ky also started Dance back up again and is Taking Kinder Musik from my friend Marissa- she is a busy girl, but is loving every minute of it!

P.S Jeramey got me a new camera for my birthday - so downloading pictures shouldn't be as much as a problem for me!!!

I know , I haven't posted in forever- but not a whole lot going on lately-

Yesterday was mine and Jeramey's 8th anniversary! so crazy to think that it has been 8 years- so many things have happened! There have been so many ups and downs and I am blessed that he was the one going thru them with me !!

KyLee started school dance and music this week - and was a little aprehensive about a new school - I can't wait to hear what she thought of it- of course she loved dance.

We are going to Disneyland next week for an adults trip - I am so excited!! KyLee is going to stay with my Mom and keep her company since my Dad is going to be out of town. ( the only way she is okay with this is because we are going with the whole Finch clan in October)

My baby is 4!!!!

I can't believe it! time has gone by so fast!! It seemed like it took forever for me to have the opportunity of being a Mom , and now I can't imagine our lives without our sweet KyLee O!! It is amazing the joys children bring into our lives-for those of you who don't know "our story" I will tell it as quickly as I can ( for those of you who know my story telling... I usually go in to great detail about every little thing- my brother in law Doug laughs at me every time !!)
After numerous fertility treatments and we were still not pregnant our last option was to do invitro - fertilization.. not a fun process, but we were blessed and it worked the first time ! Our due date was Septemeber 4 2004- ( also my birthday ) Jeramey had decided that he wanted to go and work with his cousin in Arizona so that he could give me the opportunity of being a stay at home Mom- My water broke at 4:20 on the morning of August 10th, I was living at my Dad and Mom's house so I wasn't by myself. I called my mom from my cell phone- ( she was 2 floors up and there was no way I was walking at that point) then I called Jeramey and woke him up it was 3:20 am in Arizona- and told him to get the first flight here. Me, my Mom my Dad and my brother Adam headed to the hospital- I ended up having to have a C- section because KyLee was a double footling breach - and her foot was already sticking out.... Jeramey missed it, but was the first to hold our blonde hair, blue-eyed girl she was born at 5:50am and was 6.06 lbs and 18 inches long. Our lives have never been the same since !
So now she is still blonde and has blue eyes, and acts a lot like me( haven't figured out if that is bad or good yet) she has been very articulate since she was 1 year old- loves dirtbikes, princesses and Disneyland- she is very clever and is the light of our lives!

just a side note- she did get a real dirtbike for her birthday a yamaha ttr50 with pink graphics and her name on it - she was SO EXCITED!!! and she was so SPOILED by all of our friends and family that love her !! thanks everyone!

Deseret News 10k

so this is a totally funny picture - so of course I had to post it - this was then END of the 10k- you would think that since I have been training for months now that 6miles would be nothing- but by the end of it I was SO ready to be done- my time was 1 hour and 4 mins- not very fast but I did keep a steady pace the whole race.... My dad came in right behind me and my brother in law Doug was speedy and finished at 56 minutes... so as far as my next race- I have a half marathon on Saturday August 9th in Provo and the Top of Utah marathon ( 26.2 miles) is on September 20th - hopefully I don't die!! I haven't trained at all this week, I haven't felt that great- touch of a stomach bug and a mirgraine to boot! better luck next week!!
