3-if there is a set of anything I have to make sure I have the whole set.. or series, ( I have to have all the movies in the Harry potter series, star wars , x men, the bourne's -I really could go on..... and I always buy the whole set of the Little People for KyLee or all of the disney princesses or my little pony's ... I am so weird!!!! )

1- I have to have my bed made perfectly before I can get in it to sleep

He He He!!! I have been training to run a marathon the past couple of weeks and it is kicking my butt!!! But it does make me happy that I am doing something for myself, and I am always less stressed when I am working out-
Last weekend like most was busy- I watched Ana and Ethan( my sister Misty's cute kids) on friday and we had a picnic inside ( it was way tooooo windy to try and bring food outside) then I took them to the park, KyLee's Aunt Michelle came along with us, we had a blast! Ana and Ethan asked her if she would be their aunt too( she is married to Jeramey's brother Cory) I thought that was so sweet! Ky LOVES her Aunt Michelle. Then we took them to get ice cream and then played some more in the back yard, Ethan and I were playing catch- Dang that kid has an arm!
Jeramey had a race in Delta and my Dad was out of town so Me,Ky and my Mom had a girls night- we went to dinner did a little shopping , watched chick flicks and of course stayed up way too late talking .
Saturday was KyLee's dance competition , her first one ever- and she did such a good job!! she wasn't even scared- just got up there and danced!! I was such a proud stage mom!!! Thanks so much to Kimmie, Ali, Jan and of course Grandma for the support- it meant a lot to have you there!
Jeramey's race got over early because it was so windy racing wasn't fun- he actually got home at a decent hour it was nice to spend time together as a family for once... well that is it in a nutshell!! have a fabulous week!!! and I will post pics later- it is hard cuz I don't have the internet at home so I have to remember to do it at my mom's ....

Another funny KyLee story

On Saturday as I was putting the dishes away I noticed that KyLee's cups were put away in the wrong place- Sweet Jeramey while I was gone unloaded the dishwasher and put them away in the wrong place - so I asked Ky why didn't you tell Daddy that your cups don't go there? She said ( this is so cute!) because he was doing such a good job I didn't want to hurt his feelings by telling him he was doing it wrong!!!!

weekend

We had a crazy busy weekend!!! I will start with Thursday - I took Ky to the Discovery Gateway with her cousins Maddie Jaden Bailey Chase and Coleson hey had a blast!! Ky loved playing in the house that everything was just her size, she also liked being a mail carrier and filling the fire truck up with gas and checking the tires. oh I forgot she LOVED playing in the water . We had such a great time! I love spending time with my sister in laws and ky loves her cousins.

Friday went like this: Shopping for food for the shower, doing haircut, putting together party favors , getting Ky ready for her dance pictures, take her to my mom's for her dance pictures, did an up do for Jessica's Jr prom, drove to Logan to see Jenn's show and all of her hard work in interior design. She is AMAZINGLY talented!! I wish I could afford to have her decorate my home!! Saturday was Tahnie's bridal shower it was so fun! Jeramey had his first race at Rocky Mountain Raceway and he did awesome!! I know he took first place overall in one class , but Ky and I left early ( He didn't get home until after 1 am). So now a new week begins!!!

Who did I come from?

I was telling the girls at work this story and they thought I should post it on my blog... so here it goes - One day Ky asked " mom who did I come from?" I said what do you mean? well, you have dark hair and my Daddy doesn't have any hair - did I come from Aunt Tahnie? ( Aunt Tahnie is a beautiful blonde) I was laughing so hard that I couldn't tell her- of course she was frustrated because she wanted an anwser right away - so finally I told her that she most certainly came from me and daddy since I did carry her for 9months!! and when her daddy was younger he used to have blonde hair.... I called Tahnie at work to let her know that Ky may be asking HER where she came from!!

Our Guardian Angels!!!

This is Matt, Amelia and Todd ( Amelia is Matt's cute girlfriend) they are the ones who rescued Launi and I in Leeds at midnight last Thursday. We met Amelia in Cedar City when the oil light first came on- we had to pick up Matt's wallet from her. I promise I will post more pics later!!!

finally a post!!

I am so sorry that I have not updated in forever!! the main reason is that I have not had time to down load any pictures- so i will just give you an update - then post some pictures later-
I will start with Easter- we had a easter egg hunt on Saturday the 22 for Ky's friends and family - it really was a blast having everyone there- and lunch afterward was fabulous!! Jeramey's race in heber went really well- i think he ended up taking 2nd overall and 3rd overall- and so the real outdoor racing season begins- well actually USRA started last weekend in price but I went to St. George with my best friend Launi so Jeramey stayed at home with Ky-
Our St George trip was an adventure to say the least!!! We left thursday night and Launi's oil light came on right before Cedar City- we had to make a stop there anyway so we got more oil and filled it up- everything was fine, and then the oil light came on again!! and then the Jeep started making a knocking noise - NOT GOOD - so we pulled off- in Leeds- where the heck is that anyway!! it was so dark and no lights around could have been a little scary( it was almost midnight at this point) but I kept laughing this is SO my luck!!! So I called my friend Matt Gull -who lives in St.George and he and Todd were our knights in shining armor- they saved us!!! the Jeep wouldn't start even after more oil so they towed us to a shop and then took us to the condo- thank goodness Matt and Todd are such nice guys!! anyway to sum it up- the jeep is still in St.George waiting for a new engine and we drove home a day late and definitly a dollar short. but I wouldn't trade it for the world we had a blast!!! thanks Launi !!!! oh and a little side note- KyLee was still alive when I got home thanks to Grandma Finch and Grandma Blackburn (and Jeramey even did her hair for church on Sunday!!) Jeramey was riding so I guess he was glad I was home so he could go riding with out trying to find someone to watch Ky.
